Term of Service

GRABTHEBAGS.COM offers services to our customers which require additional terms not listed in our online Legal Statement. To provide these services, GRABTHEBAGS.COM will negotiate a contract with the customer to determine the extent and type of services to be allowed to be performed via this site.

These Terms of Service form independent agreements between User and GRABTHEBAGS.COM GRABTHEBAGS.COM shall be liable to User for any breach of these Terms. User shall be liable to GRABTHEBAGS.COM for any breach of these terms including legal charges, system restoration charges or any other damages to GRABTHEBAGS.COM’s infrastructure or business processes.

Registration Process 
Use of this service is restricted to adult representatives of GRABTHEBAGS.COM’s clients. User agrees that GRABTHEBAGS.COM may disclose to third parties certain information contained in Users' registration applications. GRABTHEBAGS.COM will not disclose any individual User's name, address, email address or telephone number without such User's prior written consent, except to the extent required by applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. GRABTHEBAGS.COM reserves the right to terminate any User's account if such User has provided false or misleading registration information. GRABTHEBAGS.COM may also require additional or updated information in order to continue use of User's account.

User Conduct
User agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations and is solely responsible for all activities that occur under User’s account or password, including all transmissions through GRABTHEBAGS.COM’s online system. User agrees not to perform any of the following task: 

1. Use GRABTHEBAGS.COM in connection with any of it’s internal marketing campaigns or to perform similar services by having access to GRABTHEBAGS.COM’s internal processes, ideas or infrastructure design

2. Interfere with or disrupt networks connected to GRABTHEBAGS.COM or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks

3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to GRABTHEBAGS.COM’s other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to GRABTHEBAGS.COM, through password mining or any other means

4. Interfere with another member's use of GRABTHEBAGS.COM

5. Create a false identity or forge an email address or IP header, or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of any message

6. Harvest or otherwise collect information about other users, including email addresses, from GRABTHEBAGS.COM

7. Transmit any material that may infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including copyright or trademark

8. Transmit through GRABTHEBAGS.COM harassing, unlawful, abusive, obscene, vulgar, threatening, harmful or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature

9. Transmit any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful scripts or programs

10. Violate any U.S. law regarding the transmission of technical data or software exported through GRABTHEBAGS.COM

Contents of Data
GRABTHEBAGS.COM does not, and cannot, monitor, censor or edit the contents of Users' data or information transferred into or through GRABTHEBAGS.COM’s system. Users alone are responsible for the contents of their information. 

GRABTHEBAGS.COM reserves the right to terminate User's account if it becomes aware and determines, in its sole discretion, that User is violating any of the foregoing guidelines. It is GRABTHEBAGS.COM's policy to respect the privacy of its Users. 

Modifications of GRABTHEBAGS.COM
GRABTHEBAGS.COM may modify or discontinue GRABTHEBAGS.COM (or User's account) with or without notice to any User, without liability to any User or any third party.

Modifications of these Terms of Service
GRABTHEBAGS.COM may modify these Terms of Service from time to time at its sole discretion. GRABTHEBAGS.COM will provide Users with reasonable notice of any such changes, and the continued use of GRABTHEBAGS.COM will be conditioned upon each User's affirmative acceptance of any such changes.

Account and Password
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account user name and password. User shall be responsible for all uses of its account, whether or not authorized by User. User agrees to immediately notify GRABTHEBAGS.COM of any unauthorized use of it’s credentials. 

Disclaimer of Warranties
USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF GRABTHEBAGS.COM IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK. GRABTHEBAGS.COM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ON AN "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GRABTHEBAGS.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR COPY WRITE INFRINGEMENTS.

GRABTHEBAGS.COM DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY THAT GRABTHEBAGS.COM’S GRABTHEBAGS.COM WEB SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES GRABTHEBAGS.COM MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH GRABTHEBAGS.COM OR AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF GRABTHEBAGS.COM 

GRABTHEBAGS.COM DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH GRABTHEBAGS.COM’s WEB SITE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED THEREIN. USER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF GRABTHEBAGS.COM IS AT USER'S OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT USER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL OR DAMAGE TO USER'S COMPUTER SYSTEM.

Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold each of GRABTHEBAGS.COM, their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of User's use of GRABTHEBAGS.COM, the violation of these Terms of Service by User, or the infringement by User, or any other user of User's account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Applicable Laws
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, USA.
